SOARing For The Cup SOAR Camp 2026
Come SOAR with us for SOAR Camp 2026 – “SOARing for the Cup,” where campers will learn all about how God made each of us special and that we all belong on His team. Throughout the week, campers will participate in a variety of engaging activities including crafts, outdoor games, sensory experiences, storytime, calming worship, missions, and more.
Camp will take place on the Missouri side July 6–10, 2026, and in Lenexa, KS July 20–24, with camp running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day. Campers and volunteers are provided lunch and snacks daily, and with every camper paired with a 1:1 buddy along with a fully staffed behavior and medical team, each camper is supported for a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience. Registration opens March 2, 2026, we can’t wait to see you there!

I am no longer able to attend camp, do I get a refund and who should I contact?
Our refund policy is as follows:
Pay in Full: We provide full or partial refunds for camp depending upon the timing of the cancellation with the exception of the $17.50 non-refundable registration fee. Please email info@SOARSpecialNeeds.org for cancellations.
- Before May 1st: 100% Refund – $17.50 registration fee
- May 1st-15th: 75% Refund – $17.50 registration fee
- May 16th-31st: 50% Refund – $17.50 registration fee
- June 1st or After: No refund will be issued

When will I know if my camper will receive a scholarship?
We are working hard to secure additional scholarship funding through grants and business sponsorships. As we fundraise, we will notify you of how much of a scholarship we are able to offer. It is advised you still register with a Payment Plan to secure your spot, as they fill up fast, while scholarship determinations are made. Please make sure to complete and return a scholarship application if there is financial need.
Does SOAR require masks?
At this time, SOAR is following CDC and local guidelines; masking is left up to the individual and their family. Campers with a fever over 100.4° Fahrenheit (F) or symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea will be sent home and asked to not return until they’ve been symptom free for at least 24 hours.
Will SOAR Camp be returning to Grace Church?
After 9 incredible years, SOAR has decided to partner with other churches in Johnson County to expand our reach. Grace Church will not host SOAR Camp in 2025.
