Therefore, SOAR exists to transform the lives of special families and empowers them to SOAR in their local\u00a0and faith communities.\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>SOAR provides respite, social clubs, summer day camps, Wonderfully Made Disability Conference, Employer Disability Training, and church resources. Doc is a retired pediatrician who developed a passion for individuals with special needs because of his son, Mark, who had Dravet Syndrome and autism. This is open to all ages; a parent, caregiver, or\u00a0date must attend and purchase their own\u00a0ticket. No buddies will be provided for the prom, and all dates or parents\/caregiver will be responsible for the participant they are with.\u00a0The theme for this year&#8217;s prom\u00a0is Majestic Monarchs.\u00a0 The cost is $25 per individual.
